Getting the App
Punch List is currently available in the US on iOS and Android devices. There is not a desktop version of the app at this time.
Signing up with Punch List is a fast process, that requires only a few pieces of information*:
- Email Address or Phone Number
- Your role on the project (Contractor or Homeowner)
*Punch List will never share your personal information for any purpose.
Once setup is complete, you can get started on your first project, your first month with Punch List is free for an unlimited number of projects.
Punch List is free for the first month!
After the first month, Punch List costs $49 per month for an unlimited number of projects. The $49 subscription fee can be paid with a credit or debit card, and will be billed via an emailed invoice to the Contractor. Keep in mind that Punch List covers the cost of payment transaction fees for all payments made via the Punch List App — you'll only ever pay the flat $49 per month fee, no matter how many projects you're running or how many payments you accept.
Your free trial starts once an estimate is accepted by a homeowner (or client) and lasts 30 days from the date the estimate was accepted. During the 30 day free trial, an unlimited number of projects can be started and completed using the app, with an unlimited number of different homeowners (or clients).
An invoice will be sent to the email address on file requesting payment via credit or debit card. The next billing due date will be visible on the Account tab.
If a subscription has not been paid or has been cancelled all historical information related to past projects will still be accessible — however, the ability to communicate, submit tasks for approval, and start new projects will be shut off until the outstanding invoice is paid, or the subscription is reactivated.
Billing is not automatic — invoices are sent monthly and must be paid on time to keep an account active. Accounts will become inactive (or cancelled) once an invoice due has not been paid.
